I have a problem. This is a picture of the groundhog that lives in my neighbor's three-tiered planter. Please note the succulent apples leading like a bread crumb trail to the live animal trap on their deck.
Now, according to my neighbor, this lady sits in the planter then gets up every now and then to visit my vegetable garden which is just off camera to the right. She nibbles on tender pea and bean plant tips then, when filled, slips back over to the planter for a rest.
Soon, I won't have any bean or pea plants to feed my starving family. What's a environmentally conscious person to do?
